Getting started
What happens between "let's do this" and your app being live.
You make the content. We build, launch and run the app your audience subscribes to. You pay nothing up front and nothing monthly. We take 40% of what the app earns, so if it earns nothing, we earn nothing.
This page is the map. Every step below has its own guide.

The order things happen in
- You create your account. That is where you accept the Creator Agreement and where these docs and your setup steps live.
- We scope the app. We look at your channel, your content and what your audience already asks you for, then come back with a concrete concept: what the app does, what sits behind the paywall, what it costs your subscribers.
- You hand over access. Apple first, then RevenueCat. Both have their own guide and both take about fifteen minutes.
- We ship a waitlist page. It goes live on a subdomain of officeos.co before the app exists, so your audience starts collecting while we build.
- You post about it. Three posts or stories in the first 30 days. This is the part only you can do, and it is the part the whole deal rests on.
- We build and submit the app. Apple review takes as long as Apple takes, usually a day or two, sometimes longer.
- We open the waitlist into the app and keep operating it: changes, fixes, offers, analytics.
What we need from you
Not much, but the few things we need, we really need.
- Access. Apple and RevenueCat. Without those two we cannot ship anything.
- Content direction. What your audience wants, what you already sell, what you would never put your name on.
- Brand assets. Logo, colours, fonts if you have them. If you do not, we design it.
- Promotion. The link in your bio, three posts in the first month, and a mention when something new ships.
What we handle
Concept, design, build, App Store submission, the backend, hosting, the paywall, the waitlist, analytics, push campaigns, updates and fixes. You never manage a developer, review a pull request or get an invoice for work.

What this costs
Nothing to start. No monthly fee. Subscriptions bought on your checkout page run through Stripe: we take 40% of what is left after card processing, you keep 60%, and Stripe splits it automatically. Anything bought directly in the App Store is yours alone — we take nothing from those. How the revenue share works has the arithmetic.
