Questions
I’m not technical. Is that a problem?
+It’s the point. You describe the annoyance in plain words on the weekly call, and we translate it into software. You’ll never be asked to review code or read documentation.
What if I don’t know what to ask for?
+Most clients don’t at first. The weekly call is where the ideas come from: you walk us through your week, and we point at the parts a developer can take off your plate.
What can you actually build?
+Anything a developer can: email automation, content research, Claude skills, outreach automation, internal tools, Stripe integrations, landing pages, mobile apps, MCP servers. If it’s software, it’s in scope.
How does the 7-day turnaround work?
+Whatever we agree on a call is live within seven days of it. Bigger builds are cut into weekly deliverables, so something ships every single week.
Who owns what you build?
+You do. Code, accounts, and automations sit in your name from day one. If you ever cancel, everything keeps running without us.
Why not just hire a freelancer?
+You’d have to know what to ask for, write the spec, and manage delivery. The weekly call replaces all three. And it’s the same senior developer every week, not whoever’s free that day.
How does pausing work?
+Freeze your subscription between pushes and keep any unused days for when you’re ready again. Billing stops while you’re paused.
Are there refunds?
+Because work starts immediately, memberships are non-refundable. But you can pause or cancel any time, with no notice period.
