Creator Partnerships Manager (m/f/d)

You live in Instagram DMs. You find creators who fit, open the conversation, and get them on a call. Then you negotiate the split and bring them in as clients. This sits at the top of everything else: no outreach, no apps to build.

Tasks

• Find and message creators who fit OfficeOS, every day, at volume.
• Turn cold DMs into booked calls, then run those calls.
• Negotiate the revenue split and close the deal.
• Keep your pipeline clean and moving.
• Feed back what creators tell you so we sharpen the pitch.

Requirements

• You hold a real conversation over text and make people want to reply.
• You stay steady doing outreach every day and shrug off a no.
• You have sold or negotiated before: deals, sponsorships, or your own projects.
• You know how creators think and talk.

Nice-to-have:

• You have run creator or influencer outreach at scale.
• You have your own presence on Instagram or TikTok.
