You run our channels. You write the blog, script and edit the short-form, post it, and reply to the people who comment. One person owns the whole output, from the idea to the video someone watches on their phone.

Tasks

• Plan, write, and publish blog posts that rank on Google and get cited by AI tools.
• Script, shoot, and edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Run the posting calendar across every channel and answer the comments yourself.
• Turn the apps we ship into case studies and cut them into clips.
• Keep the voice consistent everywhere OfficeOS shows up.

Requirements

• You write sharp English and edit video that holds attention.
• You have grown a channel before, your own or someone else's, with numbers to show.
• You know how SEO works and how ChatGPT and Perplexity pick what to cite.
• You ship on your own, without anyone chasing you.

You join a small team where everyone touches the product. We keep communication short, decisions fast, and the work pragmatic: quick stand-ups, direct calls, clean code. The core team sits in Hamburg, and we work remotely across Germany.
